ABOUT

Data centers are the backbone of a new industrial era, driving innovation and national security. These gigawatt-scale infrastructure developments require large parcels of land, often hundreds of acres, impacting the communities around them.

Most data centers, advanced manufacturing, and NextGen power are built in rural areas where industrial-scale developments are uncommon, dramatically impacting local lifestyles, jobs, schools, and infrastructure. Many people welcome new jobs, property tax revenue and other attributes, while some may actively and aggressively fight to preserve their community as it is. Even if local and regulatory approval is achieved, communities can impede progress, damage reputations, and erode project economics.

INFRAoutreach® helps infrastructure owners and operators connect with communities to build positive relationships as early as possible, during construction and throughout the project lifecycle.
